Parador Group is seeking an experienced complex care Nurse to join our team and support clients in Sussex and Hampshire.

 

Working for our group company; Harland Services, the successful applicant will provide clinical training and clinical oversight on behalf of Personal Health Budget clients in the south of England.

 

All applicants MUST be NMC qualified.

Key Duties & Responsibilities 

• PA Training and competency sign-off of delegated healthcare tasks

• Clinical oversight of PAs

• You will be responsible for managing your diary with support from head office

Person Specification:

• Full driving licence and willing to travel

• Qualified adult nurse. Paediatric experience as well would be advantageous

• Experience of working in the community and delivering clinical training

• Ability to organise own work schedule and carry out duties without direct supervision

• Motivated self-starter

• Familiar with MS PowerPoint, Word & Excel
