We’re looking for compassionate Female Care Assistants to join our friendly, stable team supporting a client in Telford, Shropshire.

​About the Role:

• Provide 1:1 care in the client’s home

• Support with outcome-focused community activities

• Be part of a supportive and consistent care team

​

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in complex care

• Familiarity with:

• Non-Epileptic Attack Disorder

• Oxygen therapy and nebuliser use

• Medication administration

• Personal care and catheter care

• Comfortable with meal preparation and light housework

• Strong ability to build rapport, be reliable, and work independently

• Empathetic, open-minded, and non-judgemental

​Requirements:

• UK driving licence preferred (not essential)

• Must be comfortable with dogs

• Excellent time management skills
