Salary: £14.32 per hour

*Drivers with a full UK Driving Licence are required and must be confident driving an automatic vehicle, as the role involves transporting the client to appointments and supporting them within the community.

Our client is a fun, vibrant young lady in her 20s who lives with her family in Fleet, Hampshire. She is looking to expand her care team and recruit additional support staff to help meet her ongoing care needs.

She is also prone to epileptic seizures and requires ongoing support to promote her health, safety, and overall wellbeing.
The client requires 2:1 support at all times with all aspects of daily living, including:

Personal care

Feeding and nutrition support

Administration of medication
-
Moving and handling
-
Community access and activities
-
Monitoring and managing seizure activity

Supporting communication and engagement
This role involves providing person-centred care to ensure the client's comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life while adhering to all relevant care plans and clinical guidance.

The Role
The role we are looking for is a variety of shifts over Monday- Sunday (Days & Nights) with flexibility to pick up extra shifts with cover for other team members holiday and sickness.
Full time and Part time contracted hours available days and nights.
You will need to have care experience, you will receive mandatory care training online and attend specialist clinical training in moving and positioning, medication administration, de-escalation with breakaway training.
