Harland Services Ltd is seeking Support Workers (preferably with experience) to support shifts for a female client with Complex Care needs.

Client Specification

• Oral Facial Digital Syndrome

• Mental Health

• Challenging Behaviour

• Meds Management

• Managing Personal Hygiene

• Balance Issue

• Enjoys Socialising with Friends

• Baking

• Arts & Crafts & Reading

 

PA Requirements

• 2:1 Care

• 12-hour day shift, 1 day per week, plus sickness and annual leave cover

• Must be able to cover both day & night shifts

• Driving licence preferred

• Build Rapport with Client & Family

• Working in the clients own home
